Research Data as a New Model of Scholarly Writing in SSH (H2020 project OPERAS-P)
Biography
Elisa Nury is a Research Scientist in the group Digital Humanities+ (https://digitalhumanitiesplus.sib.swiss/#/) at the Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics SIB (https://www.sib.swiss/). She is involved in the H2020 project OPERAS-P, exploring current and emerging writing practices of scholarly communication. Elisa is also a Senior FNS Researcher (PostDoc) at the University of Geneva for the Grammateus project (http://p3.snf.ch/Project-182205), as Digital Humanities specialist. She is developing an interface for visualizing ancient Greek documentary papyri. Previously, she has worked at the University of Grenoble for Fontegaia, a project of digital library for Italian studies (https://www.fontegaia.eu/). She obtained a PhD in Digital Humanities from King’s College London, on the topic of automatic collation for critical editions, and her thesis is available online (https://hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/tel-02493805).
